This is a rough outline of our work at TN Home Services. As a business, we represent our neighbors in order to find value and negotiate in their best interest. A deal is a negotiated outcome for an individual or between multiple individuals’ interests. We take inventory of each component involved in the values of our clients and work with them to build these details into a comprehensive plan. A plan is made up of achievable goals, the clearest targets during each chapter of working together.

For example, buying a house is a goal; but, the traditional house buying process is so often wielded like a hammer. We are in the values business and think there are plenty of tools besides hammers. A transactional process that may seem to accomplish a short-sighted goal is not a winner. A house is an empty box, when we all want a home. A home is a complex mashup of real property, personal property, some plants and personalities— a place to live plus the life in it and the things that make that possible, even lovely! We strive to assist our clients in planning for the home that they desire by providing the whole tool box.

Selling or transitioning a business is also a goal. But we help investors beyond the sale and initial change of hands in a business. The future beyond and the proper care for each and every piece requires a broader, better set of tools. Throughout the process of any deal, we rely on tested frameworks to categorize and teach clients to eliminate possibilities which do not achieve their goals. By learning to say “no” to the clutter, the noise and the distractions in our lives, we are empowered to to say “yes” to order, harmonies and have the traction we need to arrive at where we want to go.
